One
summer a customer walks in and asks us if we had Caramel rolled in White
Cheddar Cheese. We all looked at each other and said, "lets give it a go"
So, it took some time to source the right cheese and we settled on Cabot,
Vermont White Cheddar. We admit, it sounds like a strange combo, but
you'll get hooked. It's really good.
