CHICAGO BLISS - A Marriage of Caramel & Cheddar

In the Windy City they like their Caramel mixed with Cheddar. One of our employees saw another take on it and Chicago Bliss was born. We make our Cha Cha Cheddar (the "orangey one" and then run it through the Caramel so each an every piece of popcorn has both the cheese and the caramel. So far, a BIG hit in our store.
